The Red-Sole issue

Just found out today that Christian Loboutin sued Yves Saint Laurent for copying, without permission, the red-sole,the signature of Loboutin's shoes since 2008.
Apparently,Loboutin wants the court to interdict YSL from using the red-sole and that all shoes with this feature from the YSL collection that are on the market to be removed from sale.He also wants 1 million dollars.
Honestly,I think Loboutin is right.I mean, reaaaally now,who doesn't know that the red-sole is Loboutin's signature?I'm sure the people from YSL know it.
Also, this isn't the first time Loboutin sued a company for copying his trademark. He also had a trial with ''Oh Deer!'' company.
